Yes. We support multi-sport athletes and understand that many of our athletes compete and train with other teams throughout the year. Our priority, however, is making sure athletes are developing without becoming overworked or increasing their risk of injury.
The right training schedule will depend on the athlete’s current practice schedule, competition schedule, age, and overall training load. Athletes interested in training with Minnesota Sprint Factory while actively participating in another sport should consult with Coach Brown and a parent or guardian so we can determine whether additional training is a good fit and develop an appropriate schedule.
-
Minnesota Sprint Factory reserves training spots and coaching resources based on athlete registration, so payments are generally nonrefundable once a training period has begun.
Summer Training: Summer registration is paid in full at the time of enrollment. Because space is limited and your athlete’s spot is reserved upon registration, fees are nonrefundable once the summer program begins.
Winter Training: Winter training is paid in advance in two-week training blocks. Payment for each upcoming two-week period must be received before the athlete participates in that training block. Once a training block begins, payments are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a future training period for missed practices or competitions.
We understand that unexpected injuries and significant medical circumstances can occur. Those situations may be reviewed individually by Minnesota Sprint Factory.
If Minnesota Sprint Factory cancels a scheduled training session and is unable to offer a reasonable makeup opportunity, families will receive an appropriate credit or refund.
