COLLEGE OPPORTUNITY

The collegiate track process can be hard for families to navigate.
Coach Marc Brown helps The Factory’s athletes and families understand the landscape, evaluate opportunities, and think strategically about the athlete they are building.
The Factory’s families receive college navigation support.
The goal isn’t simply to produce one impressive performance. It is to help athletes build a competitive portfolio they can be proud of.
FALL DEVELOPMENT | SEP - OCT
Outdoor foundational training focused on mechanics, movement, and building the base that athletes will carry into the rest of the year.
Up to 4 training days per week.
SUMMER COMPETITION | JUN - AUG
Competitive club season through USATF and AAU, building toward Junior Olympics and national championship opportunities.
3 to 4 practices per week, depending on age.
WINTER + INDOOR | NOV - MAR
Track development, strength work, and increasingly sprint-specific.
Beginning in January, athletes transition into the indoor competition cycle.
Up to 3 track sessions + 2 strength sessions per week.
Private + SMALL GROUP | ONGOING
Individual and small-group training may also be available by request.
